As Ajou University’s first dedicated undergraduate program for international students, the Department of International & IT Business offers a truly global learning environment where students from around the world can develop both international business acumen and digital innovation capabilities.
Two Language Tracks: Korean & English
One of the most distinctive features of our program is its dual-track system, offering both Korean and English tracks. Students can choose the language track that best fits their needs and, if desired, take courses from the other track as well. Regardless of the chosen track, all students receive tailored education in both Korean and English, enabling them to graduate with proficiency in three languages—their native language, Korean, and English. This multilingual capability not only supports academic success but also enhances adaptability in Korean society and global business environments.
Two Specializations: International Business & IT Business
Students in the Department of International Business Administration can choose between two areas of specialization to build their professional expertise :
- International Business : This track equips students with a strong foundation in key business areas such as strategy, marketing, finance, accounting, human resource management, operations management with an emphasis on global perspectives and practical skills.
- IT Business : In an age of rapid digital transformation, this track focuses on integrating technology and business knowledge, with emphasis on data-driven decision-making, information systems, and digital innovation.
